You are really proving to be unable as you are not doing EZY any good with your advice as it is very clear you do not view EZY as a long term prospect for anyone.
Your advice should therefore have been
1 ) Be super fit
2) Expect very good training when there is time and resource
3) Expect to be well compensated
4) Expect to enjoy the company of nice people you work with but about to leave before you bond properly
5)Expect to gradually start feeling worthless in no time at all
6)Expect almost unsustainable use this summer
7)Expect to feel entrapped and working on adrenalin as you now depend on the good money so can't complain much
8)Expect to be disillusioned by your choice of job as you are constantly stretched to your limit with no social life
9 )Now you can start trying your chance with a more secure outfit
