Request information about Kuwait Airways?

There is a big possibility I have soon a interview for Kuwait Airways for the positon as first-officer A320.

I would like to know how the contract is, payment, vacation, days flying, days off(time table) etc.

Also how do your guys like it at Kuwait Airways?

How much time to go to command and/or to go to A330/A340/B777 as F/O?

Information about the selection process? Interview? Psychologic tests? Grading etc?
