Worldwide lad...sorry that you have been given 'evils' by my colleagues at EF LGW....PLEASE understand its nothing personal...and i for one would be more than happy to have you on my flight...but EF LGW crew have REALLY been shafted by BA recently.
Those that want to go longhaul, have had an up hill struggle from the days of EOG, and now all we see is BA recruiting externally, but NOT allowing us to apply for worldwide positions, without resigning from the company and then waiting 6 months before we can apply....FRUSTRATING as you can imagine. There are rumours that that may change in October...but watch this space, BA are renowned for dangling the proverbial carrot, and then retracting it..many think its a ploy to keep EF LGW happy over the summer months when there are few trips and a lot of doubles and late night/early morning there and backs...
