Not frustrated really, just glad to be in.
However they have changed things in the last 3/4 months since I had my interview. There was no choice.
'Do you want it or not?' simple as, no option to wait. I know of people who asked to hold for LHR to be told politley they could wait but it wouldn't look favourable and they would be pushed to the bottom of the hold list.
I just wish there was more consistency throughout the company, particularly where recruitment is concerned, then I wouldn't have to constantly listen to crew on WW moaning about wanting EF and vice versa or LGW wanting LHR etc.
like I said before, offer a choice (as far as is possible), suit the majority of needs and have reasonably happy crew.
