mmmbop - whilst on rare occasions the service on QF is excellent, in the majority of cases it is average - and unfortunately it is frequently appalling.
The recent survey conducted by QF and other Airlines reached the same conclusions (Apparently the marketing department were amazed at the results........ [which as an aside shows how out of touch they are]). The current survey being conducted will hopefully show some improvement.
