As a small boy on my first trip to Heathrow in about 1965, I saw a Dakota in the colours of British Westpoint Airlines which I believe was operating to Exeter.
But then they built the M3, M4, M5 and dualled the A303. And cars in those days boiled over, just like the steam trains that provided the competition.....
