Well it seems 16 years experience counts for nothing at easyJet recruitment. They placed too much emphasis on the maths test today and I was not asked through to the second stage. Funny how last June they offered me the job(I couldn't start when they wanted me to so I deferred and had to go through the whole process again). So last year I was good enough for them, today I wasn't. There is something fundamentally wrong with their selection process if one gets offered a job one time and this time not. Were the 16 years of experience discussed today? No...
