Jackie is one....but I would suggest Gama, JetClub, at Farnborough. as a start. Try Twin jet, at Luton. Execujet at Zurich.
Mostly it is prior contact and knowledge.
Try a Yahoo search for air taxi operators as a second attempt.
Then look up the UK, aircraft registration list, but many countries provide the aircraft, and not all are based in UK.
