Like Rotorbloke in an earlier post, I'm interested in finding out as much as possible about life in Kuwait from people with recent relevant experience. I haven't been near there since 1991, when things were somewhat different(!) from the present day. No need to proffer gen on climate - more interested in the way of life, attitude of expats and locals, quality-of-life, that sort of thing.
