We all have bills to pay & therefore market forces will prevail, after all we are in JET JOBS that many are dying to fill. The company will eventually learn from its mistakes, but not before we as flight deck are required to fill the gaps that have been the direct result of management not addressing the problems at the heart of the problem (6 & 3 rostering to the legal, but unsafe limit ) when people leave for "greener pastures"

28 sectors
54 duty hours
37 FLYING HOURS
UNDER CAA ie LAW - PERFECTLY LEGAL & THEREFORE BY DEFINITION SAFE !!!!
