Welsh Wonder,
I for one actually believed the story I was hearing from easyjet. The people I new who had just joined where all pleased and I was told the money was great. What I have seen is very different. It is not the flight hours that is tiring it is how and when and where you are doing them. The pay is not so great when you start, as you will now be TRSS or if you already have plenty of jet time just 90% salary for 6 months without sector pay during training. Command is not so quick dispite what they say at interview........you will be jumping through all the hoops and with plenty of command time that can be frustrating. I will be leaving at the first opertunity and I am not just saying this to try and scare new recruits or even management. I really did not realise that this job could make me so tired that I am just unable to enjoy my family or see my friends. I want my life back so I will be off. I have just read through what I have writen and I sound like a spoilt whining brat........I didn't use to be.
