Although not at NAC, I do teach at an European School.
The answers to some of your questions about non-british schools:
1. Our students are all learning in English which is not their mother tongue. The instructors here are Italian, Spanish and British. The English used is simple and aviation based.
2. Number of students to instructors is V inportant. I prefer to teach 6 students rather than 12. You appear to have more time to explain questions to 6. Also you tend to get less questions from 6. Never forget there are no stupid questions.
3. The course notes are in English. Our notes are Jeppesen (Oxford).
4. All FTOs are JAA approved and SHOULD give you the same quality.
I hope that gives you some insight to European Schools.
Good luck for the future.
