Lots of guys waiting for start dates I hear, particularly from Emirates/Virgin. Most people I speak to want to try longhaul while they are still young enough / not in the LHS money trap / for a better lifestyle (some LHS guys are going anyway!) Main problem is that just about everyone will tell you they can't work for the rest of their career at the present 6 on 3 off pace (i.e. not really 3 off!) If they sort that out many will stay, if not many more will go so I hope it happens and in defence of the company, efforts are being made - we will see.......
