Well i must say this has to be the most vague redundancy letter i have recieved!!! (and i have had 4).
What the hell is a 'Company Voluntary Arrangement'????
and.. 'The company is no longer in a position to meet your wages and your employment is terminated forthwith'.
also... 'You may have a claim for....' (too bloody right i have a claim !!
)
They have given us a form so that we can start the gruelling process of claiming money back, but there is no mention of who the liquidator is??? (information you need to complete the form).
And lastly.. i would like to know why i have to return my form to the company when i am making a claim to the government ?????
(Would have been better to have had 'i am deeply sorry we have F*c"ed up your finances this month!)
