Hi everyone,
I just wanted to say goodbye to all the guys I have worked with in European over the last year.I'm an F/O and have enjoyed working with everyone in the company.I recognise a few names here but not all, noticed you Mel take care of yourself I'll give you a shout if I ever down south we can get a couple of beers in.
This company truely has some of the most professional people I have ever worked with and I hope to fly with many of you again.It is a crying shame that such professionalism and loyalty has been rewarded with nothing short of one hell of a kick in the teeth.Totally due to the incompetance and mis-management of a few people.My advice in closing (for what its worth) is that these people should think very carefully before undertaking such a senior position in any company again, as it has resulted in the careers and livelhood of 560 individuals being jeopardised, loyal and trustworthy ones at that.
Just needed to say that. Take care everyone good luck for the future.Next time lets be the birds not the statues.
