Over expanding, without the cash to back up the running costs and allowing to many eggs to rest in one basket.
Also please don't blame the Bath group or TCD. When the depth of the company, it's prospects and what they were being asked to invest in became apparant. It wasn't worth the money.
If only they had aquired some 733's instead of 742's and concentrated on the ad-hoc short haul market, they would have been great little company, making a reasonable profit.
What's the point of allowing your ego to be swelled by the fact you own (via finance) some jumbo jets, when they spend to much time on the ground erroding your cash flow.
