BBC Reports 'Massive Job Losses At European Aviation'

Massive job losses at air company

More than 500 jobs are due to go at one of the South's biggest aviation companies, it has been announced.
European Aviation is to shed 560 jobs from a staff of just over 600, claiming it has expanded too rapidly.

It is thought the Bournemouth Airport-based company's fleet of aircraft could dwindle to just two.

The company, which charters large aircraft, trains cabin crew members and maintains and services aircraft, was set up in 1989.
