Dear Italians,
Im a low experienced pilot with the JAR CPL with frozen ATPL, like many of us in this forum, Im desperately seeking for a job anywhere in the world.
In Spain where i come from, things are pretty screwed up. Either you´re type rated and have many hours or you must have a very important "contact" or "enchufe" how we say here.
I wanted to ask you fellow latin guys of how the situation is in italy, cause id like to move overthere, I`ve been many times and I love it, apart that we spanish have a lot in common with u guys.
Does it work the same way overthere with contacts, and if so, how is the entry, what kind of exams or tests assesments do they have, speaking of course of small airlines not big ones like alitalia or volare.Here in Spain depending on the contact and the airline, you just get interviewed and passed directly to the type rating.
