I think Halcyon House is still occupied but can't confirm this. I'd say it is dead though, for this year at least. Even if they made an announcement to advise a launch date, it would take at least 3 months, maybe more, to get even close to starting. Maybe by then, LW would have woken up and seen the day light and got wise
