G-FLIP, I can second everything AA has said as i worked last season with Britannia at MAN. Fantastic company to work for and fantastic crews also.
It is hard work but the benefits far outweigh the downfalls.
Im doing my flight training full time now rather than working, as i wanted to be a pilot in the first place.
