I've just been offered a summer contract with Britannia from MAN which I'm very keen to take even though it means leaving the permanent job I'm in at the minute and was hoping to hear a couple of things to convince me I'm making the right decision.
I've seen the post from last month about what the training course involves and have been told it's a great company to be with, just wondering if anyone had any other thoughts/experiences that would help (any info on duty hours or benefits I may not be aware of would also be great).
