The museum had Lebombo open today for the public, and I was at Rand and saw how many people just wanted to go and look at the old girl.

They charged ONLY a R10 donation to the museum for this.

They had the APU running and she was all powered up, with a first class seat all set up and the in flight entertainment running as well.

Athol Franz had a lot of posters made of the DC4 Lebombo and the 747 Lebombo in formo that we shot last month.

JAWS will let us know if this will become a weekly institution
