Great work by the guys at the Collings Foundation getting their F-4D 65-0749 / N749CF fit for approval to fly again!
It is painted as FP / 66-7680 - one of Col Robin Olds aircraft when he was CC 8th TFW during Op Bolo.
Pilot Harry "D-Day" Daye has 2,500 hours in the F-4 and is a USAF Warfare Center Weapons School graduate.

Not sure you'll find there were any people from Collings Foundation that achieved this?
CF technically still retain ownership of these jets I believe, but that's about it. Not even sure whether CF are even financially supporting this return to flight. If they are, they are keeping fairly quiet about it....likely for obvious reasons.
