As much as I don't like the behaviour and attitude of Hegseth and friends but regarding needing to back up rules and rhetoric with hard power, I have to toally agree. Rules are only so much worth as someone puts capability to enforce them behind. We should take those words seriously, how erratic DJT day to day behaviour/decisions may be. What Hegseth says pretty much matches the longer term/principal direction the US is taking.
