Yes, I also read the report and have distributed it amongst colleagues.

We can all be Monday morning quarterbacks etc, or say "there by the grace of God go I", but some of the behaviours displayed by the pilot are so far outside of what I consider basic professional discipline and airmanship, that I cannot find any redeeming factors.
