In Europe we sometimes get tipped. In the US it is a different game, their pilots get tipped on a regular basis. With our salaries we luckily do not depend on tips, though, and if you do, you got a big problem on how you are spending your money!
Cleaning and luggage: this is alternating, depending on who was the pilot flying, who greeted and escorted the owners, who has got time on his hands etc.. if you are worried about getting your hands dirty or loading luggage, private aviation might not be your cup of tea.
Having said this, 4 years in I've never had to "scrub" the loo.
