The money is still very good in the RHS (more than most PICs elsewhere in business aviation and not bad compared to many short haul airline captains if you make yourself available to fly)
A couple of day freelancing outside the company (other than you own) makes the internal rates taste like peanuts.
Gulfstream 650/700/800and Global 7500 segment regularly commands 4000+USD day rates.
