It is interesting that the NSW government is rezoning land around Cherrybrook metro to allow 28 floor apartments - right in the middle of the VFR lane at the ridgetop and maybe 1NM outside the D LL1000, C LL1500 zone. My estimates are that these buildings might reach 900 feet + construction cranes. Now in good weather this might be a useful visual aid but in marginal weather I would not like to living on the 28th floor.
in marginal weather there should be no VFR traffic on that VFR route now, would there?
