I did the video interview on Friday night at around 10pm. I messed up the first question and it didn’t let me use to second attempt. I emailed them straight away and then they responded saying they’ll be in touch when they review it.
My video didn’t upload at all and I have followed up this week but still not received anything. Getting quite worried about it - should I try another email? I just tried the tech issue email and am surprised they haven’t got back yet. But hoping it’s because they have a lot to go through. Does anyone have any ideas or similar experiences?
