It isn't necessarily "the system" but more likely the intelligence and capability of the users (passengers) to understand how to use it.

Eurotunnel have spent a small fortune on their processing hall (shed) at Folkestone and it looks to be well designed with more than enough terminals but I fear it won't take too many technophobes to screw the whole thing up.
