Another competitor for Patriot and, currently, far shorter delivery times as the US will have to rebuild it's own stocks and existing customers.
It's not just the missile (I know that you are aware of that), it's the system which includes radar, C2 functions, and the Early Warning bit in the case of ballistic missiles.
