Very soon to be 5 years in the company or 3000* commercial hours (whichever comes first) and subject to a “competency defined process”, whatever that means.
*If you manage to get pregnant this is reduced to 2000 hrs to account for maternity. No offset for fathers seeing to paternal duties.
