After I gave them my references it was still about 6 weeks until they called with my offer. And at that time they only had a rough time frame for when the course would start, and even then it still got pushed back by 3 months. So the waiting game isn't over yet haha but the reference check should mostly be a formality.
May I ask if your June start date is now 100% confirmed (which you go for MEL Enroute correct?)? I can feel your pain waiting from Sep to June...
