Are you sure? What then are your actions if you get a TA during an emergency descent? Continue the descent hoping the other crew is TCAS equipped and at the top of their game to avoid you at 7000fpm+?
Airbus makes no mention of selecting TA during descent. Neither does Boeing as far as I know.
