I do sometimes contemplate "the good old days" and certain provisions that are now a far off memory, but then I remember the Fastnet 79 farce, death of Harry Lawrie in 87, Billy Deacon, FV Aquila, Mark Phillips on the BenN 2013, and realise that it's never been plain sailing.
