AI is an excuse. It didn't plan the mission. Those using AI simply didn't care if it was correct or not and there are countless examples of AI being completely wrong; so many examples that it should not be trusted for any intelligence effort.
This is why the one company declined to allow their AI to be used for such planning and is now being black-balled by the administration; the administration wants to have someone or something else to blame avoidable disasters for.
