There's lots of Iranians that wish the regime gone who have been providing targeting intelligence to Mossad over the decades.
Even though the leadership may have been decapitated, the lower tiers of the IRGC still have enough small arms to suppress the population.
Somehow I doubt that that there would be a touchy-feely Truth and Reconciliation process à la South Africa after a regime change. Lower level IRGC personnel likely expect a major reduction in life expectancy post regime change.
