There was a case (many years ago) where a hawk instructor was checking out a wealthy individual in a lot. Things went wrong, wealthy student ended up dead.
Unusually AAIB were scathing. Basically pointed the finger at the hawk instructor, who'd used hawk teachings on the lot. Dont know what came of it, but err.....wouldnt have wanted to have been that instructor.
