Due to the high number of applicants, it may take a little longer than expected to finalise and communicate next steps. We will be continuing our phone screening calls as soon as we have capacity in the team. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued interest in the role."
Sounds like they need a minute to catch up on all the other applicants first.
