There is NO FRI in this years Pay Award - check it out on the MODWEB Portals!! FRI was always a temporary measure until ALL forms of additional / specialist pay are reviwed in full between 2005 -2006. Then removed from all trades and branches - just guessing there...but hey...another Labour term..you just never know
