I’ve never seen a company advertising for pilots in the extent that airbaltic does… I’ve received numerous offers from agencies and invitations directly from the company. Flying A330 so I’m a bit surprised they even bother. But seriously, how do they expect to recruit pilots with their present “deal”..? New offer… !!!!! offer from a !!!!! company and most likely next in line for an autopsy.
