Pilot Flight Academy is declaring bankruptcy today (02JAN).
The pilot school based at Oslo Torp airport in Sandefjord (Norway) has been under financial stress over time.
Around 200 pilot students and 40 employees are affected, a very sad start of 2026 for all of those.

If GreyBird Pilot Academy has any interest in the «remains» of defunct Pilot Flight Academy is not known to the market per today. Time will show.
