do you have any experience with N1 exceedance (104% , wrong ground check procedure ) I mean if engine need to be taken for overhaul procedure it's gonna be inspection or some components to replace or , it depends ... ?
Your mechanic will download the affected engine Data Collection Unit (DCU) via a computer using a Ground Based Software (GBS). Depending on the version GBS he will get a graphical or listing of the engine values during that run and any exceedances. Those figures will determine the appropriate follow up maintenance requirements. However, even with exceedances the PW206/207 are fairly bullet proof and the extent of mx (inspection vs replacement) tends to follow the duration of the exceedance.
