As a long retired flight deck for one of these two Companies under discussion, I would have thought there were many more important factors to discuss when selecting between the two, rather than Staff travel. An added on perk is useful but not vital surely?
I believe there's only one airline in the world who refer to their pilots as 'flight deck' so I think I've solved the riddle
