Peterperfect, MichiScholz: looking at the design, I am fairly sure the main wheels don't castor, rather the front wheels would do so.
But anyway, I can accept this was real footage despite how strange it seemed, especially given the separate security camera footage of the apparent same helo crashing alongside a small building.

For a similarly inexplicable accident from years ago, there was this Mi14 that made a hard landing on water then pilot attempted to take off again with drastic results:


Back then, people like me were less likely to wonder what is fake (but sophisticated) and what isn't.
