SQ vs EK
After another frustrating Live Chat with EK, I'm flying SQ to Australia. EK's attitude seems to be 'we'll only let you use Skywards Miles when it suits us, not you'. Their operatives seem to have no flexibility to bend the rules to actually get a customer who's going to pay slightly less for his flight by using miles. See you in Oz in April!
