I'm sorry for this boring old question but I couldn't find the answer in other threads.
My SEP revalidation is due soon. I've done my 12 hours and just trying to figure out how to apply after I've done my instructor flight.
The CAA website seems to suggest that the instructor needs to email an
SRG1157 (or
SRG1107) to

But looking my old emails seems to suggest that last time I did it by submitting
SRG3108 through an online portal. But this website seems to suggest that it's only for LAPL:

So now I'm confused. I don't want to do something that contradicts CAA advice. Why is something so simple have to be so complicated!
