each to their own. We used BA staff travel and enjoyed it at the time, but as a family we get an awful lot out of easyJet and wouldn’t swap back. Also, they are incredibly flexible with adding/removing people so all my family benefit from it too. BA has improved in this area recently but still nowhere near as flexible as easy.

Completely agree though, these should not be major factors in your decision making.
