After moving to my new address my computer was a nightmare. I had bookmarks either vanishing or simply not opening when clicked. Had to use Chrome in order to get everything up to date bookmark wise.
Discovered once I had updated Windies 11 and the Intel graphics...both of which managed to go out of date over the three days tween turning everything off at the old address and turning everything on again at the new address...and updated Firefox (I use Private Windows on FireFox), plus updating half a dozen or so drivers and doing some hefty swearing in the process (I have a love/hate relationship with my computer...it loves to hate me), the computer finally started to behave itself normally again.
Current version of Firefox that is behaving is 142.0.1 (64 bit) is working perfectly (touches some actual wood). All in all it took me about 3.5 hours to get the computer and Firefox to speak to one another properly again.
