You can't,except a few years a go when they made an agreement
with one of the academy somewhere in OZ and NZ.
But now,if you want a try check
www.Lionair.com,I believed they have
been working for an expat for sometimes,bases short to medium contract,though (MD 82/83),find Capt.David or Capt Eddy.
